After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is approved and received (if a return shipment is required), your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  3–7 business days for the refund to be processed

  Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

⚠️ Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
